The event marked a significant milestone in strengthening collaboration between vehicle manufacturers, automotive suppliers, national automotive associations and policy makers.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"cntnt block-container\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"European Automotive Day 2025\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4kb6sc-zecw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Organised by the&nbsp;European Automobile Manufacturers&#8217; Association (ACEA)&nbsp;and the&nbsp;European Association of Automotive Suppliers (CLEPA), the event was hosted by&nbsp;Ola K\u00e4llenius, President of ACEA and CEO of Mercedes-Benz, and&nbsp;Matthias Zink, President of CLEPA and CEO Powertrain &amp; Chassis at Schaeffler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The evening kicked off with a panel discussion featuring representatives from leading automotive companies, including Ola K\u00e4llenius, Matthias Zink, R\u00e5dstr\u00f6m, CEO of Daimler Truck, and European Investment Bank (EIB) Vice-President, &nbsp;Robert de Groot. Together, they discussed the challenges of financing the transition to zero-emission mobility<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This European Automotive Day&nbsp;established new connections between industry leaders and policymakers in the backdrop ongoing Strategic Dialogue meetings, . As the automotive landscape continues to evolve at a rapid pace, this event served as a forum for ongoing dialogue and joint problem-solving across the European automotive
